Ng Kin Hung, James

James is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. James previously worked for KPMG Hong Kong for 5 years. He has over 18 years of extensive experience in accounting, handling corporate and individual insolvency, corporate debts restructuring and corporate and personal financial planning businesses. He also holds the position of Nominee (a Trustee position) in insolvency cases and voluntary arrangements handled by the firm, which are cases approved by the High Court.

Leung Man Fai, Simon

Simon has more than 12 year experience as an Executive Director and Financial Controller of a Hong Kong main board listed company. He was responsible for the successful listing of that Company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Simon has worked in the accounting and finance field for more than 23 years. He holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s Degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia in Professional Accounting. Simon is an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. He has extensive experience in private placements in shares, corporate restructuring, tax planning, IPO, Merger and Acquisition, and in dealing with Bankers, Fund Managers and investors, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Futures and Securities Commission. He also handles general accounting, investments and Company Secretary’s work for listed companies.

Ng Ka Wai, Teresa

Co-founder of a number of our Companies during more than fifteen years with the Group, Teresa is now a Director and Group CEO.

She holds qualifications as a Bachelor of Business Administration; and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Teresa has a wealth of experience in all aspects of business in Hong Kong and China, and has concentrated on business development and marketing of the Group capabilities both locally and internationally. She takes responsibility for the operations of the Group that currently employs almost 90 people across ten Companies. In this role she oversees the Management, Corporate Governance and statutory requirements of a diverse and dynamic range of IBC Group business interests, and ensures the highest standards and continuous quality of services to our clients.

Robin Fox

Mr. Fox has 25 years of financial advisory work in Asia and the UK and wide experience as a director of companies in Hong Kong and overseas, including as Chief Financial Officer and executive director. He is experienced in preparing smaller companies for listing and in raising equity debt capital.

Mr. Fox is an Associate Member of the Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Financial Analyst. He is member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.

Lim Pat Wah, Patrick

Patrick is an experienced advisor to private investment groups and a Director of private investment companies since 1993. He is a former chairman of and an SME Committee member of Hong Kong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and Committee member of Venture Committee of HKVCPEA. Patrick has professional qualifications of CFA, FCPA and FCCA. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Birmingham University and three Master Degrees in Management and System Management from the Hong Kong University, Sydney University and LSE respectively.

Luk Kwan Cheong, Handerson

Handerson Luk holds Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from Nueva Ecija University Science and Technology from 2002. He graduated Master in Applied Finance from University of Western Sydney and Bachelor of Commerce with major in accounting, from Curtin University of Technology. Handerson admitted as Certified Public Accountant from Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant from CPA Australia. Handerson is an Associate membership of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance (Formerly Australian Institute of Bankers) and Certified Finance and Treasury Professional of the Finance and Treasury Association, Australia.

Kwok Wai Lok, Keith

Mr. Kwok has over 15 years of experience in the finance and auditing field. He has been in charge of financial reporting, investor relations and corporate compliance of several listed companies. He was responsible for the initial public offerings in his latest employment where he also served as the company secretary. Prior to entering the commercial sector, Mr. Kwok was trained as a Certified Public Accountant (H.K.) in an international accounting firm. He is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK. Mr. Kwok holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Governance and Directorship.

Fung Che Wai, Anthony

Anthony is a Fellow member of HK Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, with 18 years of experience in accounting, finance and investor relations in different industries and sectors.

Anthony started his career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (“DTT”), an international CPA firm, as an auditor focusing on audit engagement as well as IPO projects. He was an audit manager when he left DTT after 7 years of service. He then joined a consulting firm focusing on pre-IPO and consulting work for another 7 years on pre-IPO financial arrangement and fund raising for its clients. Anthony then moved on to be the Financial Controller for GOME Electrical Appliances Holding Limited, the largest retailer of electronic appliances in China, for a short period of time, responsible for the investor relations and compliance aspects. He then joined a listed company in HK as their Vice President, investor relations, focusing on liaison with fund managers and analysts, for 2 and a-half years on behalf of the company.
